The practice of ensuring a balanced exchange of energy is one that I cherish and enjoy playing within. To this end, I practice a ‘sliding scale’ model in most of my offerings which is based on trust, inclusivity, and reciprocity. I find that I am able to channel more authentic and impactful teachings when I don’t rely on this work to pay my bills.

My dream is that every human being has access to teachings and practices that support them in designing a life they love.
