This 8-week Journey will require a two-fold investment.
The time investment.
5-15 Minutes Daily – We’ll be building new habits and brushing off old mental muscles, you’ll have a quick, daily assignment that always yields surprising results.
30-60 Minutes Weekly – Each week you’ll have a few assignments to complete, each designed to help you take what you learn and apply it immediately in your life. While they can typically be completed in 15 minutes or less, you can elect to spend as much time as you like.
2.5 Hours Bi-Weekly – Every other Tuesday we’ll have an Intensive where you will be guided through concepts and distinctions to support you in the process.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does the program start and finish?
It starts as soon as you sign up. You will immediately gain access to The Meadow and materials to get started. The deadline to register is Oct 21st. Our first intensive will be October 22nd, 2024, we’ll have a completion ritual on December 17th, 2024.
How long do I have access to the course?
You will have access to The Meadow and all program materials for 3 months as part of this program. We are always open to requests for extended access.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, let us know within the first two weeks of the program and we’ll get you a full refund.
What if I get stuck?
Sunni is super accessible. The community will be a mix of people who are on this adventure for the first time, and others who are on their 2nd, 3rd or 7th trip, you will be surrounded with support.
What is the schedule?
Every other Tuesday there will be a Crafter’s Intensive. You will also receive access to weekly assignments designed to keep you connected and moving forward.

Will the intensives be recorded?
Yes, and, given that they are 2.5 hours long, you are highly encouraged to plan to attend live as most people simply don’t get to that long of a recording.
What if the schedule doesn’t work for me?
If you can’t make one of the Intensives you’ll be just fine, however if you know that most or none of them work for your schedule, let us know before registering so we can explore alternative structures.
Can I do this with my friend/spouse/kids ?
Yes! In fact, when you invite others you are close to you are adding an additional layer of accountability, motivation and juiciness to your adventure.
We do request that each person register and invest in this program. To request a group discount, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Please note that we trust you to judge the maturity level of your own kids. The average 16 year old is about the right age to begin this adventure for the first time.
